Giles is a Chartered Engineer with a background in manufacturing and construction.
His focus is on process improvement to drive on time delivery performance. During the course of his working life he has worked in a number of engineering and operations management roles.
He has utilised Lean manufacturing principles as well as ERP systems to drive improvement and achieve the subsequent results.
When Giles isn't consulting, volunteering or spending time with his family, he can be found writing books and developing software.
